Dehradun, 13 Dec:Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) on Friday launched the book titled “HarbansKapoor: A Heritage of Political and Social Values” based on the life and work of the late HarbansKapoor, formerSpeaker of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly, at the IRDT Auditorium in Survey Chowk.

The book release event was held on the occasion of the third death anniversary of Late HarbansKapoor.

During the event, the Governor remarked that this book is not just a compilation of his biography and public service but also an account of the ideals and values he established.
